Braving New Years Eve at Disneyland Part 3 Tickets, Food and Communication

Tickets, Food and Communication (Cell Phone Service)
I tied all these categories together for the people bringing friends or grouping together for this occasion. Mostly you do not want to split up so here are some tips for all of you...

Tickets!! Buy ahead of time...
Buy your tickets online via disneyland.com... One day tickets do run out and make sure other members of your party do so as well. Due to the reason that one day tickets usualy may sell out by early. Disneyland may opt to sell only 1 day tickets to Disney California Adventure and this issue could split your party... so buy now not later.

Food (PS Bring Snacks and Goodies)
With crowd levels so high I suggest many to bring snacks and water. No Candy though (it kills your energy done it my self ...bad idea leave the candy at home) Get some peanuts or trail mix to fight your hunger. Drink plenty of water. Also plan to eat during the off peaks hours to avoid long lines. Plan when and where to eat to the specific park you are at, If you plan to go to Disney California Adventure I recommend the Lucky Fortune Cookery and Cocina Cocamonga due to their ample seating. For Disneyland the Hungry Bear Restaurant and Rancho del Zocalo also for the same reason. Skip the pizza because its a popular choice.

Communication (Cell Phone Service)
Avoid Twittering, Avoid using Facebook and Turn your Data OFF when at the Parks on New Years Eve. Its not the time to use these features anyway. The Cell Phone Towers around the resort that supply the data service around the resort are simply overloaded when the parks are at capacity. Also when going on rides turn on airplane mode on your phone.... its a huge battery saver. You want to save battery when the times your need it. If you must twitter check out twitter.com for a way to SMS twitter. Also SMS than MMS because sending a multimedia message will use data and if the towers are overloaded your message will fail and retry, and could lead to running your battery low. Wait till your in the car to send your friends and family those cool pics you took while at Disneyland for NYE.
So Text dont MMS
Airplane mode while on Rides (so your phone wont die looking for signal)
Browse the Park and not your smartphone
